Villa Service was founded in 1962 by Robert F.H. Pijpers from the Netherlands. It was the first real estate services agency in Calafell. Originally, it was dedicated to tourist rentals, incorporating other real estate activities at different times, such as the administration and sales.
In 1985 the company was expanded with the incorporation into it of Anna María Gómez Jordi real estate agent, bailiff and investment agent, on that date new professional services and staff expansion were incorporated. Anna María Gómez Jordi has been the sole administrator and owner of Villa Service until 2022, to pass the baton to her daughter, Olga Panadés Gómez Real estate agent, taking over the Management responsibilities from June 2022, a new stage that we started with enthusiasm.
