The tourist tax is a tax in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands applied in various tourist establishments. As of January 1, 2025, it is set at €1.10 per person over 17 years old, for a maximum of 7 nights. If the government changes this tax in the future, the new amount will apply. Global Service is not responsible for this change.

The reduction of the reservation once at the destination is not possible. Extensions may be made depending on availability.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the season. Please check the specific details when making the reservation.

The client will leave a security deposit on the day of arrival via a pre-authorization on their credit card for the amount specified in the reservation. Cash or mobile payments will not be accepted. This deposit will be released within a maximum of 1 week after departure, following an inspection of the property’s condition. If any damages to the apartment, furniture, equipment, or extreme cleanliness issues are detected, the cost of restoring the apartment to its original condition will be deducted from the deposit.
